Role Description Yunara Life is seeking a clinically grounded, highly personable Clinical Exercise Physiologist to assist in our movement and performance diagnostics program at our flagship Manhattan location. This is a per-diem/part-time to full-time role. The Clinical Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, designing and implementing personalized exercise prescriptions, and guiding patients through evidence-based interventions aligned with their physical and health goals. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and engaging care plans focused on improving health outcomes. Qualifications * Proficiency in Exercise Physiology and Physiology * Experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation practices * Skilled in Exercise Prescription and developing tailored exercise plans * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams * Certifications such as ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), American Heart Association ACLS, or equivalent * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a clinical setting and maintain high standards for patient care This role will oversee: * VO₂ max testing * Resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing * Movement assessments * Exercise prescription * Performance and recovery optimization * Member education and accountability We are looking for someone who is: * Experienced in exercise physiology and metabolic testing * Passionate about longevity, preventive health, and behavior change * Comfortable working with a high-touch clientele * Warm, motivating, and an exceptional communicator * Excited to help build a modern preventive health company from the ground up Required qualifications: * Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field * ACSM-CEP, ACSM-EP, CSCS, or equivalent certification * Experience with VO₂ max and metabolic testing Location: Gramercy, NYC Part-time or per diem to full-time Hourly range: $65-90/hr, commensurate with experience and/or education
