Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Dortmund, with opportunities for remote work. The Account Manager will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales strategies. Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, presenting our software solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs with our tailored solutions. Qualifications SEO expertise and/or publisher experience would be a plus. Experience in sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Familiarity with digital analytics, SEO tools, and online business practices Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service Proficiency in working with CRM software and tools for managing sales pipelines Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a combination of on-site presence in Dortmund and remote work Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or technology company is a plus.
