Residential Construction Superintendent
Overview We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale complex residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties - Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish - Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements - Maintain project schedules and critical path identification - Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress, heavy site presence. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications - Proven experience in construction management - Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices - Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, JobTread, etc. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Familiarity with budgeting, contract management, and construction estimating - General carpentry knowledge is beneficial Join our team as a Construction Superintendent and be part of exciting projects that make a difference!
