Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Front Desk QC Kinetix is proud to offer a part-time opportunity as a Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Front Desk professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and well-informed while also managing essential clinical and administrative tasks. Your expertise in medical procedures and patient interaction will be key to our mission of providing outstanding healthcare services. What you’ll do: Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical history and vital signs Conduct phlebotomy for blood draws while ensuring patient comfort and safety Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient information Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care in regenerative medicine. Support patients through their healthcare journey Basic Qualifications Previous medical/healthcare front desk or customer service experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort navigating EHR systems (training provided) Reliability, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach Phlebotomy experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or a medical office setting Familiarity with regenerative medicine (not required—training available) Strong understanding of general medical office workflows Why You’ll Love Working Here We believe that great patient experiences start with a great team.
