Executive Assistant to CEO
JOB SUMMARY # The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Chief Executive Officer by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information. The EA acts as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities # * Manage and maintain Chief Executive Officer calendars, appointments, and meetings * Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports * Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials * Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer * Organize and attend meetings; record and follow up on action items * Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion * Act as a liaison between executives, teams, and external stakeholders * Support special projects and initiatives as assigned * Ensure office operations and workflows run efficiently Required Qualifications # * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High level of professionalism and confidentiality * Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools * Ability to multitask and work under pressure Preferred Skills # * Experience in handling work task of Chief Executive Officer. * Project management or coordination experience * Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Work Environment * Fast-paced, dynamic professional setting * Requires flexibility and occasional extended hours as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,327.60 - ₹45,343.74 per month Benefits: * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
