Senior Exercise Physiologist – Para Hills Full-time | Senior Clinical Role | 4+ Years Experience Preferred Join a thriving allied health clinic with a large gym floor, six consulting rooms, and a strong multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a Senior Exercise Physiologist who brings either proven leadership experience or a genuine passion for developing junior clinicians. About the Role This senior role blends advanced clinical practice with meaningful leadership. You will work across a modern, well-equipped facility and collaborate with multiple Exercise Physiologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, a dietitian, a social worker, and our in-house admin team. You’ll report to and learn directly from the local General Manager and the Director, gaining exposure to leadership, service development, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality 1:1 EP services in our large gym Mentor, support, and guide junior EPs and students Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Physio, Pod, Dietetics, Social Work) Assist with program creation, service improvements, and clinical standards Engage with GPs, specialists, and community referrers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with best practice What We’re Looking For 4+ years clinical experience (preferred) ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist Experience OR a strong passion for leading and developing junior staff Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills Confidence managing complex caseloads Team-oriented, professional, and committed to high-quality care Why You’ll Love Working Here Compensation: $80K–$90k base salary + bonuses and fully funded professional development Great Facilities: On-site large private gym, 6 consulting rooms \& VALD performance technology Supportive Team: Genuine collaboration, mentoring, and a down-to-earth culture No weekends and free gym access Learn from Senior Clinicians Across the State: Immediate opportunities to collaborate and learn from other Senior leaders across the state to have a say and make real changes with our team.
