Woodland Hills, CA | $40–$55 per session (based on experience and length of session) | Part-Time / Contract Elevate Recovery with Us at OPC Optimum Performance Center is a premier sports medicine and performance facility offering a comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and recovery. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team and provide therapeutic, sports-focused bodywork to a diverse clientele — from professional athletes to active individuals and rehab patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality massage therapy tailored to the needs of each client Specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and recovery-focused techniques Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with our in-house providers (PTs, chiropractors, orthopedic specialists) Maintain a clean and professional treatment space and uphold best practices for hygiene and client care Compensation: $40–$55 per session, based on experience and session type Flexible scheduling – sessions are typically 60, 90, or 120 minutes Opportunities for increased bookings based on performance and demand Qualifications: Valid California Massage Therapy License (CAMTC required) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong understanding of anatomy and sports-related injuries Reliable, professional, and passionate about client care Experience working in clinical, sports, or wellness settings is a plus Why Work at OPC?
