Seeking motivated individuals for back office Medical Assistants. Duties include: Rooming patients and documenting patient visits in paper charts. Assisting with surgeries, biopsies, suture removals, wound checks, injections, and chemical peels. Phone triage, prescription refills, or follow up calls from pharmacies or other physician offices. Notifying patients of lab results, scheduling follow up appointments while maintaining accurate documentation procedures. Ability to recall and accurately document specific information provided while assisting the providers. Accurately and completely document SOAP notes while scribing for the providers. Must perform professionally during patient interaction. Demonstrating a kind, positive attitude while delivering clear and accurate instructions. Diploma or certification preferred.
