FULL TIME POSITION: Harris and Renshaw Physical Therapy is an Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic located in Central Arkansas. We Specialize in: -Sports Medicine, BPPV, Dry Needle, BFR, Aquatics, Pelvic Health, Pulmonary Conditioning, Balance/ Deconditioning, Parkinson's, Chronic pain, We have 4 locations in Central Arkansas and provide a multidisciplinary approach consisting of PT, OTs, ATCs, and PTAs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Managing Physical Therapist to lead our clinical team. This role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership to ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services. COMPANY BENEFITS: $5,000 Bonus with commitment. All of our locations are centrally located Community engagements Primary Job Responsibilities Include: Clinical Oversight: Supervise and evaluate a team of Physical Therapists, PT Assistants (PTAs), and aides to ensure adherence to professional standards and personalized treatment plans. Operational Management: Manage daily clinic workflows, including tech scheduling, resource allocation, and budget maintenance. Patient Care: Maintain a normal caseload of patients (Avg of 10-12/day), performing evaluations and developing POCs Mentorship: Lead professional development initiatives, providing coaching and performance evaluations for clinical staff. Requirements: Current Arkansas Physcial Therapy license, CPR certification. Min of 2 years experience Outgoing and energetic personality.
