Female - MOH - Assistant Nurse/ Registered Nurse
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. In this mobile healthcare role, you will accompany physicians on home or on-site visits, assist with clinical procedures, and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Assist doctors during medical consultations at patients’ homes or designated locations Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and basic health evaluations Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Support minor medical procedures while strictly adhering to infection control protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with DHA standards Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions Ensure that all medical kits and equipment are well-stocked, clean, and meet clinical quality standards Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and professionalism at all times Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing Valid MOH license or eligibility (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Proficient in English and Hindi Fresh MOH-eligible candidates currently in the UAE are encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in mobile, home-based, or community healthcare services Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Work Schedule \& Transportation 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night) Company-provided transportation for all home/site visits (to and from office) Benefits Competitive salary package Full health insurance coverage Employment visa provided Ongoing training and professional development Reliable transportation for all duty-related travel Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night)?
