Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Associate Analyst (Emirati National) in the Global Islamic Finance Group based in Dubai Fitch’s Islamic Finance Group is currently seeking a motivated Associate Analyst (Emirati National) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This position provides an exceptional opportunity for early-stage professionals to join a global leader in credit ratings, specifically focused on the burgeoning Islamic Finance sector. We are looking for the brightest and best Emirati students to join this two-year development program. At Fitch Ratings, we have built a strong track record in providing independent and objective credit ratings to the Islamic Finance market for over a decade. Our group is dedicated to coordinating Islamic Finance activities across various sectors including Sovereign, Financial Institutions, Corporates, and more, while producing specialized research and criteria development to monitor this rapidly growing market. Eligibility: • Must be an Emirati national with Family Book • GPA of 2.8 or above • Proficiency in English • Must be able to work in Dubai (hybrid office schedule) • Ability to start by July 2026 About the Team The Islamic Finance team operates across continents and time zones, combining deep local insight with a global perspective in this evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: • Based in Dubai, the Associate Analyst will primarily support Senior Analysts in various functions tied to Islamic Finance initiatives. • Assist in the preparation and review of sukuk templates and relevant documentation alongside senior team members. • Support data collection and preliminary analysis for the rating coverage. • Review sukuk legal documentation and transaction structures collaboratively. • Engage in global cross-sector projects for comprehensive Islamic Finance solutions. • Participate in meetings with issuers, bankers, and legal teams, gaining insights and providing essential support. • Assist in maintaining and updating Fitch’s Islamic Finance database. • Monitor regulatory developments related to Islamic Finance and provide relevant insights. • Support team on research pieces across a range of industry-relevant topics.
