We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: ✔ Commercially minded ✔ Technically strong across UK and/or EU regulatory frameworks ✔ Comfortable advising founders, boards, and senior management ✔ Experienced in fast-moving fintech environments ✔ Ideally from a consulting background in Ireland or Lithuania ✔ Has recent experience working in a consulting firm advising fintech clients Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Consultant in the Fintech domain. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, develop strategies to assist fintech businesses in achieving growth, and offer tailored consulting solutions. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth industry research, advising on regulatory compliance, managing innovative projects, fostering client relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business outcomes. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams and partners to design and implement effective strategies for fintech clients. Ideal Experience * 5+ years’ experience in a consulting firm (Big 4, mid-tier, or specialist regulatory consultancy) * Experience advising payment institutions, e-money institutions, crypto-asset service providers, or digital banks * Strong knowledge of CBI, FCA and/or EU regulatory frameworks * Experience supporting regulatory licence applications or significant compliance projects Qualifications * Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Financial Services * Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, and Project Management * Proficiency in Fintech Industry Trends, Payment Solutions, and RegTech Innovations * Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Client Relationship Management abilities * Proven aptitude for Market Research, Operational Consulting, and Process Improvement * Ability to work independently within remote settings and manage multiple priorities effectively * Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred * Experience in startup or scale-up environments is a strong advantage
