SEMPELL GmbH is one of the world's leading valve manufacturers and supplies conventional and nuclear power plants and the chemical industry with control, safety and shut-off valves. To reinforce our worldwide nuclear valve market leadership position, we are establishing a global product marketing organization structured by valves signature brands (Fisher, Crosby, Sempell, Vanessa, Keystone) and Instruments (Fisher, Sempell). The Product Manager objective is to drive profitable growth worldwide. The main responsibilities are order growth, improve product cost position, analyze competition, define product portfolio gap, lead NPD process in close cooperation across the organization (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance). In this role your responsibilites will be: * Define market needs, analyze competition and portfolio gaps, develop, and maintain strategic product roadmaps to provide differentiated solutions * Analyze product performance and recommend actions as needed. Address life cycle of products and propose plan to manage obsolescence * Lead the NPD process including budget and planning * Be the primary point contact of Subject Matter Expert for the sales channel. Drives and support sales actions (demo, customer visits, events …) * Support manufacturing operations for assigned products * Support creation of product literature and sales/marketing collateral and tools. Who you are: You build strong partnerships and work well with others to meet shared goals. You motivate yourself to persist in the face of challenges and achieve great results. You are able to organize your work effectively, prioritizing tasks and aligning your plans with broader the company objectives. You take confident action when you see opportunity to achieve new results. For this role you will need: * 4 or more years experience in engineering, sales, or marketing. * Strong knowledge of the valve business (mechanical, actuation, instrumentation). * Position requires strong presentation, writing, and analytical skills. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to travel as required (10 - 15%). * Fluent English and German. Preferred qualifications to set you apart: * Degree in mechanical engineering. * Previous experience as a product manager in the valve industry. * Experience working with the Nuclear industry. * Familiarity with matrix organization structures.. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid media, SEO, email, and content marketing). * Demonstrated experience in lead generation and performance marketing, including campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics. * Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (preferably Eloqua) , and web analytics tools (Google Analytics). * Strong content and communication skills, with the ability to develop marketing materials and messaging that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
