Job Description Role: Lead Data Analyst Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Duration: Long Term We’re seeking a Lead Data Analyst with strong experience in P\&C Insurance to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives. You’ll lead a team, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities include building scalable data models, ensuring data quality and governance, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
