A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do * Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex personal and professional calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless prioritization and zero missed objectives. * Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, background research, and high-level correspondence for meetings with national leaders, C-Suite executives, and government officials. * Coordinate executive travel (local and national), logistics, contingency planning, and high-visibility events with flawless execution. * Support CEO brand presence, marketing initiatives, social media engagement, event coordination, and corporate materials management. Required Qualifications * 1–3 years supporting C-level executives in high-demand environments. * Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes organizations. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Strong marketing and social media acumen. * Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of stress with composure. * Executive presence and polished professional demeanor. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams. * Experience using CRM platforms. * Experience using scheduling and calendar management tools. * Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. * Ability to travel 10–25% (local and national). * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
