Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as an Customer Onboarding Specialist for our large mid-market and enterprise customers. You will lead customers through the successful onboarding and adoption of our software and act as a trusted partner—translating customer needs into configured solutions, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still evolving. Responsibilities include: * Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live * Configure the software to meet customer requirements, including integrations, workflows, and user settings * Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestones * Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and validate success criteria * Deliver live and recorded training sessions for customer teams * Ensure customers understand product capabilities and how to use them effectively * Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows and drive deeper product adoption * Help define and improve implementation processes, templates, and tools Required Skills include: * Excellent project management and organizational skills * Prior experience working in a customer-facing role preferred * Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail * Analytical and process-oriented mindset * Strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, data imports a plus) * Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities * Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus * Must be at least 18 years old * Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States * Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law * Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week Note: This is a full-time position.
