Head of Product | Fintech / Payments / Trade Finance We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech business looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead strategy, execution, and innovation across a complex payments and finance platform. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and commercial growth — equally comfortable shaping long-term vision and rolling up their sleeves to drive delivery. The ideal background will come from: * Payments * Supply Chain Finance * Trade Finance * Embedded Finance / Treasury Technology * Fintech platforms - We’re looking for a product leader who is: * Deeply technical and commercially minded * Experienced leading high-performing product teams * Passionate about innovation, automation, and AI-driven capabilities * Able to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments * Strong across stakeholder management, roadmap ownership, and execution - You’ll lead the product function end-to-end, working closely with engineering, operations, treasury, compliance, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions. Key areas include: * Payments \& treasury operations * Real-time payments \& embedded finance * ERP and enterprise integrations * Workflow automation \& operational optimisation * Product transformation and platform scalability * Data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities - What we’re looking for: * 8+ years in product leadership within fintech, payments, or financial platforms * Proven experience delivering complex technology products at scale * Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and operational workflows * Track record building teams, establishing product discipline, and driving measurable business outcomes * Confident communicator with the ability to influence at executive level and represent the business externally - This is an opportunity to join a scaling business where product is central to growth, innovation, and strategic direction. The comp is from £130,000 - £160,000+plus benefits and bonus
