Our front desk team is essential to excellent patient care and satisfaction. \Job Summary:\ We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk staff member to join our team for a temporary, part-time position from February 2026 - September 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support, insurance/billing knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. \Responsibilities:\ - Check-in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance information and collect account balances - Maintain electronic medical records and confidentiality - Coordinate patient flow within the clinic setting - Provide administrative support to chiropractors/acupuncturists/massage therapists as needed -Laundry and light housekeeping \Requirements:\ - Previous experience in a medical receptionist and/or assistant role highly preferred - Experience with insurance benefit verification and billing highly preferred - Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology and clinic operations - Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently with multiple providers and patients This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, interacting with patients and supporting medical staff.
