ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and modeling across a growing real estate platform. This role owns the development of predictive models, performance dashboards, and analytical frameworks that directly influence profitability, operational strategy, and investment decisions. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Design and maintain predictive models for rent growth, vacancy, delinquency, expenses, and NOI ▪ Build executive-level dashboards for portfolio and asset-level performance ▪ Analyze leasing velocity, trade-out spreads, concessions, and renewal behavior ▪ Support acquisition underwriting, scenario modeling, and hold/sell analysis ▪ Establish data standards, governance, and quality controls ▪ Translate complex analysis into clear insights for leadership ▪ Mentor junior analysts and improve analytics processes QUALIFICATIONS ▪ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field ▪ 5–8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative roles ▪ Advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and BI tools ▪ Strong financial modeling and business acumen ▪ Experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders PREFERRED ▪ Experience in real estate, asset management, or property management ▪ Familiarity with AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms ▪ Experience with forecasting, time-series analysis, or machine learning models ▪ Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growing organization WHAT WE OFFER ▪ Competitive salary and performance bonus ▪ High visibility and influence across leadership ▪ Opportunity to shape analytics strategy ▪ Stable, growth-oriented real estate platform ▪ Collaborative, professional work environment EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
